Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on e225f, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. We may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age.
• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
• You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password or login details with anyone.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

To maintain a safe and transparent environment, we may verify the identity of customers when necessary (Know Your Customer or KYC). The following documents may be requested during the verification process:

• A scan or clear photo of your National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (such as a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of your mobile banking account.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. If there is a delay in providing the required documents, e225f reserves the right to suspend or close the account.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on e225f:

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made only through a mobile banking account registered in your name.
• Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• If a fraudulent or suspicious transaction is detected, we may suspend the withdrawal and begin an investigation.
• e225f will not be held responsible for delays caused by technical issues or external factors, but we will make every effort to resolve them promptly.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

e225f offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The general terms applicable to these offers are outlined below:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳26,000.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit plus bonus).
• Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus — winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers.
• Bonuses are usable only on eligible games and wagering must be completed within the specified time period.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are stated in the offer description.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers will be treated as fraud.
• If we determine that the terms of a bonus have been violated, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• e225f reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program

The e225f VIP Program has a total of 4 tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and activity.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback benefit.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback benefit.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback benefit.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit.

e225f reserves the right to modify VIP benefits. VIP tier assignment is at our discretion and our decision on this matter is final.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Any form of fraud, system manipulation, or exploiting software errors.
• Misuse of bonuses or bonus arbitrage.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to e225f's systems, servers, or networks.
• Harassing, offensive, or abusive behavior toward other players or staff.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on e225f:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except where we determine there has been a technical error or incorrect odds were provided.
• e225f is not liable for losses caused by technical issues; however, we will investigate and attempt to resolve them.
• If a clear error is found in the odds or game result, we may void the relevant bet and refund the stake.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled after a bet has been placed, the stake is generally refunded; specific rules may apply in certain cases.
• We reserve the right to set maximum limits on any bet or account.

Account Closure & Suspension

e225f may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Extended account inactivity.
• Authority orders or legal obligations.
• Self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, e225f will not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from betting or gaming.
• Failed bets due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Transaction delays caused by disruptions to third-party services (such as mobile banking apps).
• Loss resulting from sharing or disclosing account credentials to others.
